All orders are processed within 4–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
You’ll receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Europe: 5–10 business days after processing
International: 10–21 business days after processing
Please note that delays may occur due to customs or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, please reach out to us at support@fayra-store.com.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fayra is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@fayra-store.com. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue or provide a suitable replacement if applicable.
