Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Fayra items. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
Tags are still attached (if applicable)
You have the order confirmation or receipt
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Sale items or gift cards
Customized or made-to-order items
Products showing signs of wear or damage not due to our error
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@fayra-store.com with:
Your full name
Order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
We will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service—we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@fayra-store.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos for faster processing. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
