Please note that once the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order, as your item will have already entered production.
2. After the Cancellation Window
Once the cancellation window has passed, we will be unable to cancel or alter the order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can refer to our Return Policy for more details about returning or exchanging your items.
3. How to Cancel an Order
